chromium-try-flakes reports flaky step with truncated name

The step name is "postprocess_for_goma.stop cloudtail", but chromium-try-flakes only reports (in both the bug summary and the initial description) the step name as "postprocess_for_goma.stop"

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
This works as intended. We normalize step names by removing any text after first space. Unfortunately, due to the variations in the step name such as swarming pending times and various other suffixes, we can not use full name at the moment. There is a related issue 697833, which will help us get to the point where we can at least track which step names require normalization, but at the moment this is not feasible.
