build number not in data points

What is the bug or feature:
AssertionError: 65471 not in the given data list

Context or examples:
https://pantheon.corp.google.com/errors/8615890708431514382?time=P30D&filter&project=findit-for-me

We need to figure out why the build number is not in the data point list.

Expected:
Upon usage of confidence.py, the build number or revision should be in the data point list.
