Missing Test: The text to import the bookmarks on the Bookmarks Bar is broken

Need a test for  Issue 702287 , to ensure that the textfield is a reasonable width for long text. The cl fixing the issue does not appear to contain a new test.

I don't think so. It seems like that test just makes sure that the no_item_textfield's width decreases if the window becomes very narrow?

Is there a test that confirms that the no_item_textfield's width is wide enough to fit the text it contains in the reasonable window size case?
