Show CDM information in media-internals

Today we have a lot of player information in about://media-internals which is very useful for troubleshooting. However, we don't have anything related to the CDM in any "internals" page. Displaying CDM information in about://media-internals, maybe on a separate tab, seems reasonable.

Useful information we can should includes:
- Registered key systems, including location of the CDM.
- CDM instances, whether it's attached to a player.
- CDM key statuses.

Note that a lot of information can be obtained via EME logger. We need to decide whether we want to duplicate these information.

Also, in key status, internally we also have system code, which is not exposed in Javascript. It'll be great if we can expose the system code in media internals for debugging purposes.

I am not sure whether we want to do this given EME logger gives most information we need. Mark as WontFix for now. We can reopen if things have changed.
