Autofill saved passwords are not acting as valid inputs on angieslist.com

Issue description

App Version: 58.0.3029.51 dev
iOS Version: 10.2.1
Device: iPhone 6s plus, iPad Air
URL: angieslist.com

Precondition:
Sign into chrome on desktop and save valid credentials on chrome for angieslist.com site (chromemob035@gmail.com/12345678321).

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome on mobile and sign into chrome with the same account as on desktop.
  2.  Open angieslist.com
  3.  Tap on Menu --> SignIn.
  4.  Credentials are autofilled.
  5.  Tap on Sign In.
  6.  Tap on Email and Password field and re-enter the same credentials as above and Tap on SIGN IN button.

Observed results:
At Step 5: Notice that error messages “Email is required”, “Password is required” is displayed.
At Step 6: Sign in is successful

Expected results:
At Step 5, the credentials auto filled should be accepted and user should successfully login.

Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: No on 57.0.2987.132
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: Not tested, Safari: No
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes on M57.0.2987.137
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes

This issue is no more reproducible on chrome beta version 70.0.3538.58.  Checked on iPad Air with iOS 12.1 beta 2 and iPhone 8 plus with iOS 11.4.1, following the steps mentioned in comment #0.  Looks good.
