Arial rendering slightly degraded

Compare the two images, upper from 59.0.3061.0 and lower from 57.0.2987.133.

Horizontal lines are bolder and looks worse in Canary to me.

drott@, do you think this is related from the recent GASP change, or should we try to bisect?

Yes, it's related. There are two remaining issues: The default tends to be asymmetric now, unless gasp, which degrades webfonts,  issue 706792 . Plus there was/is an issue with gasp comparison based on truncated vs. rounded value, which I am duping this against.
