org.chromium.android_webview.test.AwSettingsTest_testFileUrlAccessWithTwoViews on Android flaky on chromium.android/Marshmallow 64 bit Tester

The test 

org.chromium.android_webview.test.AwSettingsTest_testFileUrlAccessWithTwoViews

which is run in the 
browser_side_navigation_android_webview_test_apk step on Android is failing on chromium.android/Marshmallow 64 bit Tester

Builders failed on:

As far as I can see this is flaky, rather than a consistent failure. The first recent failure I can see is
