Blue boxes around buttons when viewing interactive PDFs

Issue description
Chrome Version : 56.0.2924.87
OS Version: OS X 10.11.5
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5: OK
Firefox 4.x: OK
IE 7/8/9: N/A
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached PDF using Chrome's built-in PDF viewer

What is the expected result?
The nav buttons on the side/top should display without a box behind them
What happens instead of that?
Chrome's PDF viewer appears to add a blue highlight fill behind any interactive buttons.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
