Error when editing media query in google chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on this link http://stackoverflow.com/questions/43152396/editing-a-media-query-in-google-chrome

What is the expected behavior?
Follow instructions in SO link

What went wrong?
The CSS text does not break properly and cannot be edited. 

Did this work before? N/A

Unable to reproduce the issue on Linux Ubuntu14.04 & Mac 10.12.4 using chrome stable (reported) version-57.0.2987.133 & Canary-59.0.3063.0 as per the steps mentioned in above link. Able to edit the code in devtools.

Please find the attached screencast for reference & let us know if we miss anything to reproduce the issue.

Note:
On Windows , not observed 768PX in devtools.
