Disable Chromevox

Everytime I turn on my Chromebook, Chromevox opens up immediately. It never did this before. Please help me so that my Chromebook will run normal and NOT run Chromevox everytime I turn on my laptop. Thank you!

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Closing this bug under the assumption that the solution described in #1 will fix the problem.  ChromeVox is a per-user setting so that users who want it and users who don't can share the same Chromebook.  The login screen setting is independent of any one user's setting for the same reason.
