Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to a page which uses web-fonts 2. Either reload the page with Shift-Ctrl-R, or use "Cached images and filed" in chrome://settings/clearBrowserData and reload the page. What is the expected behavior? Web fonts will be cleared from cache and reloaded over the net. What went wrong? Web fonts aren't reloaded. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: Fedora 25 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 Checking "Disable cache (while DevTools is open)" in DevTools preferences doesn't seem to affect web fonts.

Cannot reproduce -- fonts are reloaded with Shift-Ctrl-R / cleared correctly on my environment. "Disable cache" in DevTools works too. How did you check that fonts are not reloaded?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I was mistaken about this; sorry.
