Issue descriptionChrome Version : 59.0.3054.0 OS Version: 9413.0.0 URLs (if applicable) : http://localhost; https://dev.mydomain.com What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open dev-tools for current domain 2. Open Local Storage for the current site/domain with the current domain selected so keys for it can be viewed 3. Reload the page What is the expected result? The current domain will remain visible in the Local Storage dropdown. What happens instead of that? The current domain disappears and the only way to bring it back is to close dev-tools, reload the page, and then re-open dev-tools again. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9413.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3054.0 Safari/537.36

Same issue on 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit) on Windows 10. Both LocalStorage and ServerStorage are blank after a page refresh. The workaround is to close and reopen DevTools and then the storage values are shown again. Very annoying.
