Reproduction Steps: 
1. Go to https://web-beta.archive.org/
2. Type an address or search phrase  with in the URL/Search editbox. 
3. Wait for a second or two, and... "silence."

Note: 
This is occuring with an Acer Chromebook 11 2016, which currently does not have Google Play Store Support added to it yet.
