Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/535.24.22 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2930.29 Safari/535.24.22 Steps to reproduce the problem: Portuguese words "interacoes interaçoes nao sao submissao entao" should be corrected to "interações interações não são submissão então". However even though they are all detected as being misspelled, the correction options do not contain the right (and the "simplest") correction with the tilde. At the same time, Portuguese words "relacao excepcao" are converted to "relação excepção" from suggestions. Spellchecker is set to 'All Languages', with the languages being: - English (United States) - Russian - Portugueses (Portugal) Ask Google for suggestions is disabled. Custom spelling dictionary is not empty, but it does not contain these words or any other similar words. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Another example of inconsistency is: "ja" is converted to "já" from context menu suggestions, however "Ja" does not offer correction to "Já", yet both of them are detected as misspellings. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2930.29 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

I can still reproduce this on 58.0.3029.81. I've also noticed that "Thiss" does not suggest "This" as correction. Only "Hiss", "Taishi" and "T hiss". Yet "thiss" has "this", "Taishi" and "hiss" as suggested corrections. So not only the secondary dictionaries are affected, as I initially thought. P.S. I thought my full email address was hidden.

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 with chrome #58.0.3029.96 , #60.0.3088.3 and also in earlier version M30-30.0.1599.0, this is a non-regression issue marking it as untriaged. Observed that for below keywords, in M30 version also chrome is not suggesting the correct words 1.interacoes interaçoes nao sao submissao entao 2. Ja Attaching the screen-cast for reference.
