Simplify copying of HTTPS debug information from HTTPS interstitial

Project Member Reported by elawrence@chromium.org, Mar 31 2017

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://wrong.host.badssl.com.
(2) Click the NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID text to show diagnostic info.

Expect: An easy way to copy the diagnostic info.
Actual: An awkward mess, because there's a ton of info, and context menus are not available on interstitials.
