Remove StorageErrorCallback, StorageQuotaCallback, and StorageUsageCallback

Please standardize (or remove?) the callbacks and add the link in the idl files.

I thought links like https://www.w3.org/TR/* are like archived?

Correct, those are old versions of the spec. After 2012 the spec was updated to use Promises, but we never shipped that version. We had it experimentally, but removed recently. No other browser shipped either.

Removing these would be handled as part of issue 695494

In the mean time I can add the link to the IDL files.
