once  issue 707311  is resolved, the only archive format we'd still be supporting in cros-disks (and via avfs) is RAR.  i thought the bundled extension was going to take this on, but it looks like that's being dropped (especially with the talk of moving to a component extension and using minizip instead of libarchive).

what is the status of rar support ?  def not moving to the unpacker extension ?  what about as a product feature ?  i can't find mention of it on the CrOS help site.

i.e. can we punt RAR from the system and require people to use something like WGU ?
