Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 will not open multiple tabs

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set chrome to open with multiple tabs 2. Open Chrome 3. Only a New Tab will open What is the expected behavior? All tabs should open What went wrong? Chrome has only one New Tab. Did this work before? Yes Previous version Chrome version: 57.0.2987.133 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Any setting other than New Tab does not work.

Unable to reproduce the issue with latest Chrome stable i.e., 57.0.2987.133 on Windows 7,10, Mac OSX 10.12.3 and Linux. progman48@ can you please try it by creating new profile and let us know if this is still a problem or try to disable all the extensions to make sure none of the extensions are causing this behavior.
