Problems unenrolling the device

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 5.1.1; F1f Build/LMY47V) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Mobile Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Remove the battery
2. And waited then it reset the Chromebook but it is still enrolled
3. Tried to go to developer mode but they blocked it

What is the expected behavior?
For the Chromebook to go to Dev mode

What went wrong?
I'm not sure but I read on a few websites and they said it should have worked

Did this work before? No

If you're trying to get around the management on a device that belongs to your school or organization, sorry we cannot help you.  If you acquired a previously-enrolled device, then there's likely some error in the setup for your device.

Either way, please contact the domain admins.
