Blinking corruption on UDL screen during video playback.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3029.31 (Official build) dev (64bit) Chrome OS Version: 58.0.3029.31 (Official build) dev (64bit) Chrome OS Platform: 9334.18.0 dev-channel samus Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1) Connect UDL 2.0 device with 1080p monitor attached to machine. (2) Play Youtube video watch?v=IOZ2GZXz8PE in 4k quality on external screen. Expected Result: Video is played without corruptions. Actual Result: Blinking corruptions are visible on UDL screen. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always. What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? No workaround. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible. Issue is also reproducible on lulu (kernel 3.14) and falco (kernel 3.8) board but chell (kernel 3.18), link (kernel 3.8), veyron_minnie (kernel 3.14), gnawty (kernel 4.4) does not show it. Issue is also reproducible on lulu board updated to kernel 4.4. Issue is also reproducible when using in-built video player and mp4 4k video but ogg 4k video does not show it. Issue is also affecting USB 3.0 DisplayLink devices.
