Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.133 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open any website on Google Chrome 2. Just observe some of the images, they almost always are blurred 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Almost all images on my google chrome are blurred for some reason, I have ot the latest display driver Did this work before? Tested in chrome # 57.0.2987.133 and Canary #59.0.3061.0 on Win 10.0 & 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference. @Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, please create new profile with out extensions and apps.Re-check once and let us know the observations and specific URL of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further.
