Regression : Glimpse of text is seen in 'Find in page' search box in devtools.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now press 'Ctrl + F' to open Find in page search box in devtools window and type 'css' in it
3. Now click on down arrow icon continuously and observe inside 'Find in' search box

Actual: Glimpse of text is seen after continuously clicking on down arrow icon of 'Find in page' search box
Expected: Glimpse of text should not be seen after continuously clicking on down arrow icon of 'Find in page' search box 

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 58’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:58.0.3012.0
Bad build: 58.0.3013.0

Bad build:58.0.3013.0 (Revision:450530).

You are probably looking for a change made after 450235 (known good), but no later than 450236 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.3 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #59.0.3057.0
