What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Download images
(2)Now go to Files App -> Select one Image -> Right click on Image 
(3)Now select 'Get info' option and observe for image preview in 'General Info' page (Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: Picture Preview shoulld be seen in 'General Info' page
Actual: Instead Picture Preview is seen missing

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 59.0.3041.0/9389.0.0 dev-channel Parrot device
