ShapeDetection: Random crash when running layout on windows/Linux platform

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run layout tests on windows/Linux platform
$ python third_party/WebKit/Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests  shapedetection -t Default

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
shapedetection/detection-HTMLCanvasElement.html crashed

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

The test case is skipped due to missing Mojo interfaces (according to the comment in the TestExpectations). But the referenced bug,  crbug.com/659139 , is closed, so it is very unclear whether the failure has an associated bug.
