Investigate why PDFium in Chromium seems to include system FreeType headers on Linux, instead of own ones

There's also  bug 707084 . We build with system freetype for Linux.

Status: WontFix (was: Started)

True, I got confused here, I close this bug. The system inclusion on Linux is intended for now.
