Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open Print Preview
(2) Select a printer
(3) Printer fails in setup

Expected Result:
A readable, actionable error is reported.

Actual Result:
There might be a helpful message in the logs.  No way to differentiate between PPD not found, No Internet, or other errors.
