add manual test coverage on Android device covering scenario: when video is playing (no matter has audio track or not), display should NOT be turned off.

There is a product regression bug found on Clank 57, that while video without audio is playing, display is turned off after a while as power saving mode. Actually, it should NOT be turned off.

Not only do we want to add coverage for this specific bug, but we also want to use this as an opportunity to find related areas that we could also be missing coverage in.
