Steps to reproduce:
  1. Turn on Voice over
  2. Open chrome and start typing a query in omnibox
  3. use side swipe gesture (swipe right) to go to the bottom of the autosuggest and swipe right 2 more times

Observed results:
You will be navigated to the blank bottom of the page under autosuggest, and Bookmarks and Recent will be spoken, although neither elements are visible or tappable.

Expected results:
Bookmarks and Recent should not be accessible in Voice over swipe navigation mode.
