This issue was originally reported by Darin. When you download an AMP page the UI is pretty broken. The request was whether we can improve the experience or somehow download the original page contents instead of the AMP page. 

1. Do a google search for a current topic. I used "Trump shakeup" 
2. Click on one of the AMP pages. I used https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/2017/03/30/politics/donald-trump-white-house-staff/index.html
3. Click the download arrow in the 3-dot menu
4. Open at the downloaded page from downloads home

Expected - the downloaded page looks just like the amp page.
Actual - the downloaded page is pretty broken with strange margins (see screenshot).
