Crash when tap page info icon of site settings

Chrome Version       : 59.0.3037.0 (Android)
URLs (if applicable) : New page or Download page or History page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chromium browser
(2) Open a new blank tab or Download tab or History tab
(3) Tap info icon to the left of the address bar 

What is the expected result?
The site settings info would show up 

What happens instead?
Crash every time tap it

We are not able to repro this issue on Chrome:59.0.3037.0 Device:Samsung Galaxy S6(SM-G920F)/MMB29K. Could you please provide us additional details about your device?

I tested on Nexus7.
Android version is 6.0.1
Note it's actually Chromium 59.0.3037.0

Tested the issue on Latest Chrome Stable# 62.0.3202.84 and Chrome Canary# 64.0.3279.0 using Pixel XL (Android 8) and Pixel (Android 7) and could not reproduce the issue.

@joeymou -- Could you please provide us the recent behavior update which would help us to triage the issue further.

Hi @

I just tested on v64 version of Chome on New page or Download page or History page. It's not crashing now. I think the bug has been fixed.
