Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.111 Safari/537.36 Vivaldi/1.8.793.3 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCNzOQ2Ok8s 2. look around the video with the mouse 3. Click a new normal video What is the expected behavior? The cursor changes back to regular cursor What went wrong? Until you reload the tab the cursor stays as the open hand. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.111 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.4 with chrome stable #57.0.2987.133 ,#59.0.3066.0 and also in earlier version #30.0.1599.0, this is a non-regression issue, hence marking it as untriaged Observed hand icon on normal window when navigated from 360 degree video.
