Regression: On changing browser language to 'German', Automatic Download' text does not get translated in chrome://md-settings/content.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3056.0 (Official Build) abd1360936725f296381ceb3c194307a29137c53-refs/heads/master@{#460603}(32/64 Bit). OS: Windows(7,8,10). Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Chrome, go to chrome://md-settings, change browser language to 'German' from chrome://md-settings/languages. 2. Relaunch chrome, go to chrome://md-settings/content, scroll down and observe. Actual Result: 'Automatic Download' text does not get translated to German. Expected Result: 'Automatic Download' text should get translated to German. This is regression issue broken in 'M 55' and will soon update the bisect info: Manual Bisect Info: Good Build 55.0.2844.0 Bad Build 55.0.2845.0 Note: Issue is not reproducible in Linux and Mac OS.

Note: The original text is 'Automatic Downloads'. On translating the text to German Language, text gets translated to 'Auto-Downloads' instead of 'Automatische Downloads'.

It appears to be correctly replacing the text with the German translation text, but the de.xtb has "Auto-Downloads" listed as the translation. See: https://cs.chromium.org/search/?q=%22Auto-Downloads%22&sq=package:chromium&type=cs To change this, the translation would need be changed. i.e. this is not a coding (JavaScript, C++, or HTML) error. Please help me route this to the translation team.
