Text appears chopped in 'Audit' section panel after dragging the scroll bar to RHS in Devtools

Chrome Version: 59.0.3056.0 (Official Build)abd1360936725f296381ceb3c194307a29137c53-refs/heads/master@{#460603} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to NTP and open devtools.
(2)Now go to 'Audit' section and click on 'Run' button at bottom of window.(Kindly refer the video)
(3)Now resize the 'Audit' section panel so that scroll bars are displayed and drag the scroll bar to RHS,observe

Actual:Text appears chopped in 'Audit' section panel after dragging the scroll bar to RHS. 

Expected:Text should not appear chopped in 'Audit' section panel after dragging the scroll bar to RHS.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-55(i.e 55.0.2876.0)

I am marking this as WontFix because we are currently redesigning Audits completely and this is an extreme case.
