Issue descriptionVersion: 59.0.3056.0 abd1360936725f296381ceb3c194307a29137c53-refs/heads/master@{#460603} OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools 2. Now resize devtools window to RHS and drag 'console' drawer downwards and observe 'What's New' window header Actual: Vertical scroll bar overlaps 'What's New' window header in console drawer Expected: Vertical scroll bar should not overlap 'What's New' window header in console drawer This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-59 series as 'What's New' window appears from build # 59.0.3055.0 Kindly review the attached video for reference.

Closiong b/c minimal user impact - since it only happens when the drawer is very small (and not really readable for what's new purposes). |
