factory: Change Instalog node on Goofy to use HTTP plugin for uploading by default.

It turns out exposing another port is painful to configure, especially if the server can't be reached consistently.

I think we should still reconfigure Instalog to be served via HTTP path, so it can be routed via umpire / lighttpd to Instalog.
