Arrow icon and folder appears in disabled form, although it is clickable in Source section of devtools

Reported by sans...@etouch.net, Mar 30 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 59.0.3056.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) abd1360936725f296381ceb3c194307a29137c53-refs/heads/master@{#460603}-32/64 bit
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome, open devtools on NTP and go to Source section
2. Drag and drop any folder under File System tab and Allow the folder to be added in workspace
3. Observe

Actual: Expand/Collapse arrow icon and folder appears in disabled form, although it is clickable

Expected: Expand/Collapse arrow icon and folder should not appear in disable form, if it is clickable

This is a non-regression issue seen from M-59, since this is a new feature introduced in 59.0.3056.0

Note: Will soon update other OS info.

This is working as intended. Those folders aren't disabled, they just haven't been mapped to a network resource.
