When attempting to log onto chromium Version 59.0.3042.0 (Developer Build) (32-bit), it fails and produces no error message. Nothing happens.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3042.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log into chromium from settings page
2. Put in full user details and password. Also, accept prompt in 2 step verification. 
3. Confirm and press enter.

What is the expected behavior?
It logs you into chromium with your google account and syncs data.

What went wrong?
The login failed, and no error message was produced. Nothing happened.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 59.0.3042.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

No error message was produced, no other reactions, like it should have logged in but didn't update. It is a normal "@gmail.com" account.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 10,Mac 10.12.4 & Ubuntu 14.04 with latest chromium build-59.0.3068.0 & reported version-59.0.3042.0 as per comment#0.Observed no response after login to chromium .

This is non-regression issue observed the same behaviour from M52.Hence marking it as 'Untriaged' to get more inputs from dev team.
