bob: setup repair firmware

I ssh'ed to one of the DUT and found the fw version is not what we want (8785.162.0).

Here's what atest says are the stable versions for bob boards today: 
bob | R58-9334.18.0

Can we also setup repair firmware as 8785.170.0 and update all DUTs in the lab?

Here is atest's stable version for bob firmware:

bob/rwfw               | Google_Bob.8785.170.0

A verify has been kicked off to all bob DUTs. I checked one of them, seems working fine.
