This is a known issue with server configuration. As of now, we still have an issue with roughly 5% of users. We expect it to clear up in the next day.

Thank you for taking a look at it John. Few questions though, 1. Is there something we can share back with users ? Any workarounds ? 2. For some reason this was never a concern before, has something changed ? 3. Is there a plan to fix this issue ?

1. This was a server configuration issue. There is nothing the user can do about it. 2. This was an error, which I hope we won't repeat. 3. To my knowledge, it should be fixed now.
