Issue descriptionSome device connectivity issues may be resolvable with actions on user's part. One example would be the clock skew problem during cast channel authentication, which may be resolved by fixing the clock on their machine. We can use Issues to notify users of the problem and provide messaging (including to link to help center article where applicable) on how to resolve it.
