Swarming task shown as pending even though it already finished, and pipeline also completes

What is the bug or feature:

The Swarming task result should be retrieved and shown correctly.

Looks like it's caused by the DeadlineExceededError: The API call taskqueue.BulkAdd() took too long to respond and was cancelled. Looking for solutions.
