Right horizontal resize control does not show up after un-maximizing the window

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.33 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome 2. Maximize the window 3. Un-maximize the window 4. Try to resize the window horizontally with a mouse What is the expected behavior? The resize control (left-right arrow) shows up when you hover over the right window border What went wrong? The resize control (left-right arrow) does not show up when you hover over the right window border. All other (left, top, bottom) work alright. Did this work before? Yes 57.0.2987.110 Chrome version: 58.0.3029.33 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Tested the issue on windows 10 using chrome M58 #58.0.3029.33 and issue is not reproduced on following the steps mentioned in comment #0. Attached screencast for reference. @quassnoi-- Could you please check the attached screencast and confirm us if we had missed any steps in reproducing the issue and also please provide us the screencast of the issue. Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10 with Chrome reported version-58.0.3029.33 . Manual Bisect: Good-58.0.3004.0-Revision-448183 Bad-58.0.3005.2-Revision-448507 Per revision Bisect Tool Info: ----------------------------- You are probably looking for a change made after 448203 (known good), but no later than 448204 (first known bad).
