Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download the attached profile 2. load the profile into dev tools profiler 3. Hover over applyDynamicRules What is the expected behavior? The Total time should be less than the Aggregated total time. What went wrong? See the screenshot. The total time is more than the aggregated total time Did this work before? Yes same version Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version:
