--kiosk-printing has 1-2 minute lag/delay

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run with '--kiosk-printing' parameter
2. Print something

What is the expected behavior?
Printing WITHOUT '--kiosk-printing' parameter starts immediately.

What went wrong?
Printing WITH '--kiosk-printing' parameter starts AFTER 60 SECONDS. 

This is not printer or something else issue, I checked. New printing job appear in windows printer queue after those 60 seconds.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57.0.2987.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

Chrome and chromium works identically and has this bug.
This bug is a big problem to run Chromium as a kiosk with receipt printer.

The cause of the problem is version 57.
I checked versuon 49 and 56 - no problem. The only solution install older version from http://www.geocities.jp/ecvcn/exam/chrome_installer.html
