Chrome does not prerender

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.110 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://prerender-test.appspot.com/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Visit above link 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Chrome should prerender webpages. What went wrong? Prerender is disabled, no idea why. Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.12.4 & Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version -57.0.2987.110 & latest stable version-57.0.2987.133 for the above mentioned URL. Observed that 'prerender' is Enabled. Please find the attached screencast & let us know if we anything to reproduce the issue. Thank you!!

I also got a new laptop, and I have the same issue, prerender is absolutely disabled. Even with all extensions disabled.

Thanks for your reply.Tested in chrome # 57.0.2987.110,stable #57.0.2987.133 and Canary #59.0.3063.0 on win 7 and unfortunately we are unable to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen cast for your reference. @Reporter: Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible,Please provide the screen cast of the issue which would help us to triage the issue further. Ok guys I found the reason: 3rd party cookies. I had 3rd p. cookies disabled, and that blocks the prerendering also. As soon as I allowed 3rd P cookies, prerender is back ON. Tested both on laptop and smartphone. We can close this. Thanks
