Hey Jerome, Here are the performance changes we see from enabling the new VP9 multithreading. Can you verify that things are as expected? In particular, PSNR is up ~1dB, but CPU usage is also up a bit.

Encode time is decreased across all tests, as expected. The increase in PSNR on the Android devices seems to come from the increase in encode_frame_rate, which then also results in some increase in CPU.
