Issue running internal site on chrome 57

Issue description
Chrome Version : 57.0.2987.98
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
URLs (if applicable) : Internal site
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5: N.A
Firefox 4.x: ok
IE 7/8/9: ok
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing Chrome 57... Works fine on 56
What is the expected result?

This has only started since the update to Chrome version 57. It was working perfectly on 56.

I believe the above line of code is the issue. More specifically the port it's currently trying to use.
UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.98 Safari/537.36

Morning, Unfortunately it's an internal website which works on a non-standard port. I've tried the Explicit port fix on the shortcut which doesn't work.
