Regression:Overlapping of text is seen in manage people overlay after changing browser language to german.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3029.41 (Official Build)Revision 3d67f52b399689c5087b12bf6014dfb18fc11e42-refs/branch-heads/3029@{#465} (32/64 Bit) OS:Windows (7,8,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome login with valid credentials, navigate to chrome://md-settings/manageLanguages page and select 'German' language from 'All languages' list. (2)Go to 'Language' section, select 'Language settings' option from 'German' drop-down list and click on 'RELAUNCH' button. (3)Click on avatar icon > manage people > add person > click on checkbox of supervise this... option,select account id and observe the cancel button. Actual: Overlapping of text is seen in manage people overlay after changing browser language to german. Expected: No such overlapping of text should be seen in manage people overlay after changing browser language to german. This is a regression issue broken in 'M56' and below is the manual regression range Good Build: 56.0.2920.0 Bad Build: 56.0.2922.0 Note: Issue not seen on Mac & Linux OS.

Provided manual bisect as all per revision script was providing all good builds. Changed the range and tried but was getting all good builds. Thank You.

This seems to be working as intended on the latest stable(59.0.3071.115). Attached is the screenshot of the same. vkupte@: Could you please check this on the latest and confirm if this is still seen?
