Regression : User Name is not proper in chrome://md-settings/accounts page |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2987.137/9202.60.0 Stable-channel Daisy,Peppy,Candy,Quawks and Minnie OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user -> Go to chrome://md-settings (2)Now at 'People' section select 'Manage other people' option which navigates to 'Manage Other users' page (3)In 'Manage Other users' page under 'Restrict sign-in to the following users' observe User name (Please refer Video and screenshot) Expected: User Name should be proper i.e. as per screenshot "Chrome Techm" should be seen as User Name and then Gmail Id should be seen Actual: Instead Gmail Id is seen as User Name i.e. chrometechm@gmail.com (Gmail id is chrometechm@gmail.com)is seen as User Name This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in chrome://settings Note : Issue is also seen in M-59. @stevenjb : Please confirm the Issue

As per comment # 1 697388 Issue is related to User name at 'People' section which got fixed in 59.0.3040.0/9366.0.0. But My Issue is related to User Name in chrome://md-settings/accounts page and it is reproducible on Latest M-59 i.e.in 59.0.3055.0/9426.0.0. Attaching Video for Reference.
