Regression:Weird behavior of md-settings page is seen after changing the dock position

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 59.0.3055.0 Revision e80b960e27af6495ff3dd79cbfcede18d48da85a-refs/heads/master@{#460255} OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings and open devtools (2)Open emulated view ,select 'Nexus 5X' device from device log.(Kindly refer the video) (3)Now dock devtools window to bottom and observe md-settings page. Actual:Weird behavior of md-settings page is seen after changing the dock position. Expected:No such behavior of md-settings page should be seen after changing the dock position. This is a Regression issue broken in M-59,will soon update other info. Good build:58.0.3029.0 Bad build:59.0.3030.0

No, there's no chance this is r454509, it's a trivial change to a component that is not event loaded in given scenario. I doubt bisect info is accurate and I can't even reproduce this.

Not an MD Settings issue, removing label/component.

Unable to reproduce the issue on latest canary i.e 59.0.3061.0, hence marking it as won't fix. |
